Patriot Plastics: Kitchen tool set of eight for about $55. This is a manufacturing technique that is easily done in America – injection molded plastics (why the need to do this overseas?). Gentle and perfect for non-stick surfaces. I personally prefer this one-piece mold versus the separate handle because I find that other handles leak and contain water when submerged or washed in the dishwasher – in this case the water can slowly trickle out, even into your cuisine.
