After the titanic Ticonderoga pencil company began to send their factories overseas, the idea of a true American pencil began to fade into the distant past. That’s when General Pencil Company shone through the darkness and saved us all.
Established in the early 1860’s, General Pencil Company has stayed in the northeastern states and stayed in the same family for over 5 generations. All dedicated to making quality pencils for artists, businessmen, teachers, students, and anyone who loves seeing “USA” on their pencil shaft.
