Danner boots has been crafting great boots in the USA since 1932. Beautiful, timeless designs that cover many form factors and activities, and can be found for great discount prices through their website. Currently about half of their designs are imported, but their website makes it really easy to filter and view only the Made in USA items, which are listed under the “Features” menu on their corporate website.
Boot categories include hiking boots, hunting boots, military boots for different climates, uniform boots, and work boots with plain toe or safety toe.

Although this is not cool, one could consider this the ultimate in flattery as testament to the value of LoggerHead Tools. Interestingly, actual user reviews are widely varied… some swear by it – saying it’s the best tool ever, and others say the concept is clever – but isn’t versatile for every use. Additionally, Wigwam also makes warm knit hats, beanies, wool caps, glove liners and more (some hats may be imported). Wigwam covers all the bases in their sock lines, from Merino Wool comfort hiking socks, to triathlon performance, to snow sport, to work boot crew and foot health comfort socks. They feature comfort without sacrificing style, and source their wool almost exclusively from American wool growers. Our feature image only scratches the surface of what they have available.
We are very impressed by their corporate policy and beliefs, as well as their continuing push towards greener operations (solar heated water, motion sensor lights, recycling, etc). Wigwam is active in Washington DC, lobbying for fair trade and reasonable import limitations.

This is great news, because Armstrong’s tools are designed for professionals and manufactured with uncompromising quality! Their focus is on Industrial and Military applications, so you know they are built to withstand extreme conditions.
